How do I book?
Booking is simple on our booking form. Choose your preferred package, request a date and time, and we'll confirm your appointment as soon as possible.
When will I receive my media?
We know speed matters in real estate. That's why we aim to deliver your completed media quickly, helping you get your listing live without unnecessary delays.
Can I order additional services later?
Absolutely. If you decide you need to upgrade your booking, just let us know and we'll arrange it where possible.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For exterior photography and drone work, weather plays an important role. If conditions aren't suitable, we'll work with you to reschedule or return for the exterior content at the earliest opportunity.
Do I need to prepare the property?
Yes. A clean, tidy, and well-presented property always photographs best.
How long does a property shoot take?
The appointment length depends on the package you've selected and the size of the property. Most appointments take between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes. We offer professional drone photography and video where suitable and where local regulations allow.

Yes. While we work closely with real estate professionals, homeowners are welcome to book our services directly for private sales, rental properties, Airbnb listings, or pre-market marketing.
Can I pay online?
Yes. We accept payment by ACH bank transfer, Venmo, and cheque. Payment details will be provided with your invoice after your booking is confirmed.
Do you edit every photo?
Yes. Every image is professionally edited to ensure accurate colour, balanced lighting, and a polished, consistent finish.
Can I customize a package?
No. Our packages have been carefully designed to suit the vast majority of listings while keeping our booking process simple and efficient. If you're looking for additional services, you can choose from our available add-ons or contact us to discuss a larger or more specialised project.
How will I receive my media?
Your completed media is delivered digitally, making it easy to download, share, and upload directly to the MLS, social media, and other marketing platforms.
Do you provide floor plans and virtual tours?
Yes. We offer accurate floor plans and immersive 360° virtual tours that give buyers a better understanding of the property's layout before they visit.
